The Arizona State University AZNext Program is a public-private partnership designed to create a bold, innovative, and sustaining workforce development ecosystem that addresses the need for more skilled workers in IT, cybersecurity, and advanced manufacturing roles. Registration

AZNext Certiport certifications require two separate registration procedures. Same-day appointments are not available. We recommend registering at least 3 days before your preferred appointment date.

Step 1: Visit Certiport.com to create a New User account. Save your username and password as you will need this information for your exam session.

Step 2: Schedule a proctoring appointment for your exam by following the next 5 steps outlined below. 

    1. Click on the Register Online button below.
    2. Select > AZNext under Choose a Group.
    3. Select > I am Scheduling an AZNext Certiport exam appointment under Choose a Group.
    4. Select > Microsoft Certified Fundamentals under Choose a group.
    5. Select > MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals under Choose an exam.
      1. make sure that your email address is correctly spelled and that is an active email account as you will receive additional exam-related information via email.

Prior to the exam date

  • Review Exams From Home – Test candidate Guide.
    • Ensure your equipment meets the technical requirements.
    • Test your bandwidth.
    • Download the required software per the guidelines.            
  • Students will receive a Candidate Exam Confirmation email from Certiport. Please check your spam inbox if you do not see it in your inbox. Please contact our office prior to your exam date if you have not received this email.

On Exam Day

  • Have your Certiport username and password readily available.
  • Have your Candidate Exam Confirmation Email which contains the exam code readily available.
  • Arrive on time. The appointment will need to be rescheduled if you arrive later than 15 minutes after your start time.

Time

Most exams are approximately 1 to 2 hours in length therefore allow 1.5 to 2.5 hours for the total appointment time.
